Fried Noodles

Ingredients to make Fried Noodles:
200 grams of noodles, boiled, drained
100 grams of shrimp
100 grams of beef, thinly sliced ​​small
100 grams of fish ball (meatball made of fish meat)
50 grams of peas
50 grams of bean sprouts
50 grams of green onion
Fine seasoning:
2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Maggi sauce
salt and pepper to taste

How to make Fried Noodles:
1. Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant. Enter the shrimp, beef, and meatballs (fishball). Stir until the shrimp and the meat changes color. Add the vegetables.
2. Enter the noodles with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and Maggi sauce. Stir well, remove, and serve.
