Sushi with Chicken

Ingredients to make Sushi with Chicken:
200 grams of rice, and cook until half cooked
200 cc of water
150 grams of sticky rice, soaked, steamed
10 sheets of nori (seaweed), water soak for a while

200 grams of minced chicken
50 grams of carrots, small diced, boiled with sugar and salt
3 cloves garlic
2 stalks celery
1 tablespoon soy sauce
pepper and salt to taste

How to make Sushi with Chicken:
– Make dough for contents. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Enter the minced chicken. Add carrots, soy sauce, celery, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Set aside.
– Mix half cooked rice with sticky rice and steam for 30 minutes. Set aside.
– Take one sheet of nori. Put the rice on it. Flatten. Add two tablespoons of batter content. Roll. Do the same on the remaining dough.
– Cut into wedges to taste.
