Hot Spice Cocoa
Hmm… hot chocolate with spices that smell so sweet it could be friends right when the cold air. It’s very simple to make it.. You must dissolve cocoa powder in 2 tablespoons boiling water first to avoid grained.
Ingredients to make Hot Spice Cocoa:
600 ml of water
100 grams of ginger, roasted and crushed
75 grams sugar
5 cm cinnamon
2 cloves
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
How to make Hot Spice Cocoa:
- Boil water, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger over low heat until aromatic. Enter the cocoa powder. Stir until dissolved.
- Add granulated sugar. Cook until boiling.
- Serve warm.
