White Country Apple Cake

Ingredients to make White Country Apple Cake:
280 grams of cake flour
240 ml of cooking oil
200 grams of granulated sugar

150 g apples, cut in two, thinly sliced
100 grams of cashew nuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
80 ml ​​apple juice
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

How to make White Country Apple Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Grease a loaf pan 24 x 10 x 7 cm with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
3. Stir flour, baking powder, and salt until blended. Set aside.
4. Beat oil, sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Set aside. Add egg. Whisk until smooth and thick.
5. Add apple juice while continuing to shake until blended. Turns with some flour.
6. Add the remaining flour, stirring slowly and evenly.
7. Add apples and cashews. Stir well.
8. Pour into baking pan. Oven 60 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius until done.
